SME Digitalisation Voucher<\/h2>

The Good Idea is an agency specialising in the design, production and distribution of customised merchandise, promotional products and creative solutions for brand communication. With offices in Rome and Milan, we support companies and organisations in developing tailor-made projects, combining creativity, innovation, quality and a commitment to sustainability. We are a Benefit Corporation a B Corp, committed to integrating social and environmental responsibility into our business model. Our continuous improvement journey is supported by certifications and recognitions, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 20400 and EcoVadis Gold, reflecting our focus on process quality, responsible resource management and supply chain sustainability.
\nThrough an integrated approach, we offer services ranging from creative development and product customisation to production management, logistics and the development of dedicated B2B digital platforms and e-commerce solutions.<\/p>\n

THE PROJECT<\/strong>
\nAs part of the SME Digitalisation Voucher \u2013 Lazio ERDF Regional Programme 2021\u20132027, The Good Idea has launched an initiative aimed at strengthening its digital infrastructure and optimising business processes.
\nThe project covers four areas: Digital Workplace, Digital Commerce & Engagement, Cloud Computing \u2013 Database Backup, and Cyber Security. The planned solutions aim to improve work organisation, encourage collaboration, support digital commercial activities and strengthen the protection of business information.<\/p>\n

Digital Workplace<\/strong>
\nEnhancing the digital workplace through the adoption of collaborative platforms and tools for project management, internal communication and information sharing.
\nThis initiative includes the introduction and further development of solutions for collaboration, digital signatures and document management, with the aim of simplifying processes, reducing manual tasks and enabling smoother, more integrated and secure ways of working. These tools will improve team coordination, optimise the time spent on operational tasks and increase productivity, including in remote working environments.<\/p>\n

Intervention C. Digital Commerce & Engagement<\/strong>
\nAdopting digital solutions to support commercial activities and customer relationships, with the aim of improving the experience across online channels and encouraging interaction with companies and organisations.
\nThis initiative helps strengthen the integration of digital tools, communication and commercial processes, making the presentation of our offering and the management of customer relationships more effective.<\/p>\n

Intervention D.4 Cloud Computing \u2013 Database Backup<\/strong>
\nAdopting cloud-based database backup solutions to support the storage and recovery of business data.
\nThis initiative aims to reduce the risk of information loss and support business continuity, strengthening the reliability of our digital infrastructure and the management of our information assets.<\/p>\n

Intervention E. Cyber Security<\/strong>
\nAdopting solutions to strengthen the protection of business systems, data and digital infrastructure.
\nThis initiative aims to reduce exposure to cyber risks and make business operations more secure, helping safeguard information and improve the reliability of digital processes.<\/p>\n

OBJECTIVES AND VISION<\/strong>
\nIn an ever-evolving market, The Good Idea considers digital transformation a strategic priority for strengthening its competitiveness and continuing to deliver innovative, high-quality services.
\nThe project represents a concrete investment in the evolution of our organisational model, with the goal of creating an increasingly connected, efficient, collaborative and secure workplace, while strengthening digital commercial channels and data protection.
\nDigitalisation also provides an important opportunity to promote more responsible resource management by progressively reducing paper-based processes, optimising activities and improving operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
